Machine Sentry® Software
Machine Sentry® is a cloud-enabled condition monitoring platform that integrates multiple data sources into a single, easy-to-use interface. It supports every phase of your reliability strategy, from asset database creation and data collection to analysis, alerting, and management-level reporting.
Machine Sentry® Fixed (MSF-2)
Machine Sentry® Fixed (MSF-2) is a vibration and temperature monitoring sensor that combines a 3-channel multiplexed data acquisition system with a tri-axial accelerometer. It can be permanently mounted or temporarily installed for continuous or semi-continuous monitoring of critical assets.
Data can be uploaded to the Machine Sentry® software via a compatible handheld device or transmitted automatically using the Machine Sentry® Gateway.
Machine Sentry® Mobile (MSM-2)
Machine Sentry® Mobile (MSM-2) is a portable vibration and temperature sensor that pairs via Bluetooth® with the Machine Sentry® app on Android™ devices. It’s ideal for route-based data collection across a wide range of rotating equipment, including pumps, motors, gearboxes, and fans.
Machine Sentry® Gateway
The Machine Sentry® Gateway is a Bluetooth®-enabled device that links MSF sensors directly to your Machine Sentry® database creating a seamless industrial IoT (IIoT) ecosystem for condition monitoring.
Each gateway can wirelessly connect with up to 100 Machine Sentry® sensors, capturing real-time vibration and temperature data from motors, pumps, fans, bearings, and other critical assets across your plant.
Machine Sentry® Online (MSO)
Machine Sentry® Online (MSO) is an automated vibration and process monitoring system designed for continuous, condition-based maintenance. It detects changes in asset health in real time and securely transmits data to a cloud-enabled platform for expert analysis—helping you catch problems before they cause failure.
